The purpose of this blog is primarilly to provide a method of communication between the strength staff & the Student-Athlete during the summer months. We will post workouts, list exceptional performances, update workout times, and answer any questions you might have. (you can also use this blog to compete with your teammates who live in different cities. Just post your results after your workout.) As our blogging abilities grow we hope to develop further uses for this blog which will enhance the athletic experience you enjoy.
